CONTINENTAL: Croissants, ham, cheese, yoghurt and fruit.

DINNER: Served with bread & butter and iced water.

  • Meat balls in spicy tomato sauce with spaghetti and cheese.
  • Roast pork, roast potatoes and vegetables.
  • Chicken & ham pie with chips.
  • Shepherds pie and vegetables.
  • Pork chops with herb crust, roast potatoes and vegetables.
  • Bacon & leek quiche with potatoes and salad.
  • Beef bourguignon with mashed potatoes.

DESSERTS: Served with custard, cream or ice cream.

  • Chocolate fondant pudding.
  • Fruit crumble.
  • Caramalised apple tart.
  • Fresh raspberry trifle.
  • Fruit pavlova.
  • Peach cobbler.
  • White chocolate sponge pudding.
