Rules at Watersmeet

• PLEASE NOTE: Guests are asked to bring their own bed linen & towels although duvets & pillows are provided.
  
  
• Please do not arrive before 3pm & please depart by 10am.
  
  
• Maximum of 4 carp anglers on main lake, 2 coarse anglers on coarse lake
  
  
• Maximum of 3 rods per angler. Strictly no unattended rods
  
  
• Barbless or micro barb hooks only. No hooks bigger than size 1, no bent hook rigs
  
  
• No braid as mainline, no fixed leads. Unhooking mat compulsory. No sacking of fish for more than ½ hour, overnight sacking is not acceptable
  
  
• Fresh/frozen boilies only (without preservative), no shelf life baits. Bait can be ordered in advance. Enquire with Angling Lines office for details
  
  
• Due to the poor preparation of particles by some anglers, all seeds and nuts are banned on this venue. Anglers found using home prepared seeds and nuts will be asked to leave immediately
  
  without compensation. Pre-prepared seeds and nuts sold by Quest Baits, Dynamite Baits, etc, are OK
• No marking or mutilation of fish, offenders will be prosecuted
  
  
• Boats not allowed. Bait boats OK
  
  
• No swimming, no loud radios please. Please leave your litter in the bins provided. Children are the sole responsibility of their parents. Dogs are not allowed.
  
  
• Anglers found not respecting the rules will be asked to leave immediately without compensation.
