Lake Rules
We ask our guests to follow these suggestions to ensure everyone has an enjoyable stay;

• Please arrive after 2pm and leave no later than 10am.
  
  
• 4 rods max, barbed hooks only. No curved pattern hooks like muggas, long shank nailors, Fox series 5. Lead core is not allowed.
  
  
• No braid as mainlines but it can be used on marker and spod rods
  
  
• You are allowed to use the on-site boat and fish-finder/sonar for the first day to get to know your swim (with consideration for other anglers) but after the first day it can only be used in exceptional circumstances (such as snagged fish). Life jackets are supplied and MUST always be worn when in the boat.
  
  
• The owners cannot be held responsible for loss or theft during your stay. No refund given for early departure.
  
  
• Mats, slings and nets will be provided. No others are allowed on site... this is to prevent the risk of disease being introduced.
  
  
• No sacking of carp.
  
  
• Peanuts are banned and all other particles must be properly prepared and must be checked by Andrew.
  
  
• Only paying guests are allowed on the lake. The angler is responsible for any damage caused.
  
  
• People found leaving faeces anywhere around the lake will be asked to leave immediately. You will be asked to leave for improper behaviour of any kind.
  
  
• Please, no swimming in lake and standard regard for litter and levels of noise
